Customer Service Specialist – Whiteville, NC
The Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers in a call center environment. Primarily handling incoming calls in an accurate, professional and courteous manner while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
· Deliver excellent customer service by answering telephone inquiries in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
· Maintain performance standards in quality, promptness, attendance and customer resolution.
· Respond to internal and external emails.
· Complete research requests.
· Work daily reports in a timely manner
· Document Indexing and Document Verifying
· Follow bank policies and procedures
· Make suggestions to improve communications and business efficiencies
· Perform any other duties as assigned
· High School Diploma or GED with one year of direct customer service.
· Attention to detail and the ability to provide accurate work and sound judgment.
· Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
· Computer skills including Microsoft Office products.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities.
