Office Manager/Staffing Coordinator

We are looking for a competent Office Manager/Staffing Coordinator to undertake a variety of tasks such as in recruitment, completion of new hire paperwork, answering phones, and placement of employees. You will also comply with all relevant laws regarding employment. This position requires excellent communication skills, and have ability to multi-task with constant interruption in an ever changing environment. Must be able to foster relationships with both employees and external vendors.
Previous experience in hiring and on-boarding as well as other human resources procedures are required. A minimum of 5 years of administrative experience is required. The goal is to ensure that the company’s staffing requirements are always met and employees work in a friendly, supportive environment.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm; must be flexible to work after-hours to accommodate the fulfillment of work orders, and Saturday or Sunday remote work to replace absent employees, especially in-season.
Duties: Interview prospective candidates, file, make copies, data entry, and fill staffing orders, checking references, calling qualified applicants for job placements. Manage with posting jobs on company website, social media and other outlets. Perform drug testing and other pre-employment screens i.e. background or mvr testing. Ideal candidate will be detail oriented, and follow up on all tasks within this department.
Requires: Time sensitive positions must be filled immediately with quick turnaround times. Must have critical thinking abilities, and ability to take a quick approach on filling orders. Must have excellent computer skills i.e. excel, word, outlook. Must have great attendance and provide verifiable references. In our position we have to ensure reliable candidates are placed to work so we must lead by example. Must have a clean background and pass drug test. Must maintain confidentiality at all times. Complete new hire paperwork, collection of proper identification, and entering data into e-verify. This position is requires constant follow up with clients’ job orders requirements, and external staff to confirm their arrival.
Pay rate: D.O.E. With some insurance offered, P.T.O. and Vacation etc. …
