Building Maintenance

Job Description: Maintenance and Grounds Pick UpWe are seeking a dependable and experienced individual to join our team as a Maintenance and Grounds Pick Up worker at our cottages.

We have 2 positions. 1 located in Murrell’s Inlet, SC. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, with a wage of $18 an hour.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning the interior and exterior of our cottages, ensuring they are kept in excellent condition. Duties include:

  • Conduct regular cleaning of the cottage, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens.
  • Maintain the property’s outdoor spaces, including picking up trash and debris, and ensuring the grounds are well-manicured.
  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance work, such as changing light bulbs and repairing minor damage to walls or floors.
  • Inspect the cottages for any potential safety hazards and report to the management.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is required, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, as you will be interacting with guests and management.
  • Must have a strong work ethic, be able to work independently and be self-motivated.
