In this role you perform a variety of tasks associated with automated assembly equipment, sorting, counting and producing wound tape reels. This position is a critical member of our cable support team and will be working with plastic material, nylon, and acetal coils. The associate will be required to maintain, troubleshoot, and solve problems that may arise in the production of products as well as record production and testing resulting in quality parts that meet or exceed the customers’ expectations.

Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles such as 5S, Continuous Improvement and Standardized Work are a plus Knowledge of plastic extrusion processes plant operations desired Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills and teamwork skills.
Schedule: Mon-Th 7pm to 7am
Train: Mon-Thu 7am to 5pm once training is complete, would transfer to nights.
