Carolinas Staffing is looking for Resort Lake/Pool Attendants in Longs, SC.

Responsibilities:

– Supervise guests while enjoying the lake & pool amenities

* Distribute Lifejackets

* Maintain safety rules for lake & pool area

* Assist in Pool & Lake Cleaning/ Maintenance

* Perform swimming pool maintenance/cleaning as needed

* Maintain accurate swimming pool chemical records, according to state and local requirements

* Other general activities to enhance guest experience and safety

* Lake furniture is to be cleaned daily. Maintain adequate inventory

* Maintain kayaks, paddle boards and paddles in good operating condition.

* Monitor the lake closely for adherence to inflatable rules.

* For any injury, fill out an incident report

* Monitor inflatables for air, leaks, damage. Correct if needed

* Audit wrist band usage

* Record sales of items in Snak Shak and turn in daily. Maintain inventory

* At the beginning of the spring season, inflate and apply 303 to all inflatables

* Excellent customer service skills

* Must be able to pass Background check

* Must pass government employment verification (e-verify)

* Job Type: Full-time/Part time

* Willing to work Weekends

Additional Skills (Preferred but not required):

– CPR Training

– Previous Lifeguard Experience

– Previous Amenity/ Activity supervision

– POS Experience

– Additional soft (communication skills)

Rate of Pay: $13.00 Per Hour

Hours: 8am – 4:30pm or 10:30am – 7pm
