Golf Course Building Maintenance – FT Perm Southport, NC Full-Time Perm

1 Building Golf Course Maintenance Person (Handy Man Needed)!!!!!

Schedule:Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8 am to 5 pm and Friday/Saturday 10:30 am to 7 pm.

Duties: General Repairing and Maintenance of the property to include: mechanical, electrical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds. Must maintain appearance and cleanliness of Facility in/exterior.

Requires: Lift up to 50 lbs, push, pull walk around crawl sit and stand. Must be able to work in the elements and endure heat. Must have some building maintenance experience and posses a valid drivers license.

Rate: $15.00 per with pay increase after hired on perm.

Length: Temp-Perm with Benefits Package!

Landscaping experience a plus!!!
