Carolinas Staffing is looking for a Part Time Administrative Assistant for a Window Installation Company in Sunset Beach, NC!
Front line customer service, providing administrative support to the sales and service teams when needed. Answer calls from customers, take messages and disseminate as required. Must be able to follow directions.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Answer phone, take and distribute messages
· Various filing and scanning duties
· Create sales orders.
· Send customer letters, invoices, gift cards and notices
· Assemble folders for new estimates
· Customer data administration and customer service
· Carry out assigned tasks from management
· Become familiar with showroom products over time.
· Willingness to learn and apply new skills and standard operating procedures
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Proven track record of communicating with customers to resolve issues
· Proficient with Microsoft products including, Windows, office, word, excel and power point
Monday and Wednesday 8:30 to 4:30, and fill in for Executive Administrator when needed.
Pay: 12-13 Per Hour
