Incoming QA Inspector

o Raw material inspections and documentation

o Raw material sampling

o Raw Material Status Labels

o Maintain customer raw material specifications

o Steris reconciliation/ pallet tags/ lab requests

o Alert/ NC Reports

o Complaint investigations

o Lab sample shipments

o Maintain Samples for Raw Material Standards

o Initiate New Supplier Qualification Forms

o MSDS – collect and forward from receipts

In Process QA Inspectors

o First Article Inspection

o Perform in process inspections as per Pacon Process Specifications. Includes:

• Initiating inspection reports at start of shift & changeovers
• Document the results
• Performing 2nd inspection when OOS results found

o Take product samples at specified times, label samples with appropriate information (micro/ analytical/ retain).

o Prepare Lab Requests Forms

o Maintain Samples for Product Standards

o Analytical Testing (quaternary %, pH, specific gravity, residual C&S agent)

o Documented Daily Scale Verifications

o Environmental Testing (monthly)

o Water Samples (weekly)

o Product Qualifications

o Maintain retain area

o Verify check weigh & metal detectors have been inspected at start of shift.

5 Quality Assurance Inspector Opening:

· 1st Shift: 7am to 3pm $14.00 Per Hour

or

– 2nd Shift: 3pm – 11pm $14.75 Per Hour

Attire: Closed-toe shoes, beard/hairnet

Location: Leland, NC
