FT Reservations Specialist in Southport, NC

Job Summary

Primary function for reservations is to provide excellent customer service to all guests.

Essential Duties:

• Working with guests at the front desk and over the phone by efficiently checking guests in/out.
• You will be responsible for prepping keys, packets, work-orders, and making long/short term reservations.
• Preparing laundry materials, stocking housekeeping supplies,
• Creating reports and closing out the day by processing payment reports arrival/departure reports for housekeepers.
• Greeting guests over the phone and in person using a hotel-based software.

Reports to: Reservations Manager

Hours of work: 8:30am to 5pm Rotating Weekends with 1 hour lunch (30 min paid 30 min unpaid)

Job Type: Temporary to Full-time

Pay: D.O.E. Starting at $14.00
