Carolinas Staffing Solutions is recruiting for a leading supplier of electrical cable assemblies and harnesses for all major defense contracts in the US.

This position requires someone experienced in cable harness assembly, related electronic or electrical manufacturing experience. These positions specifically include crimping, insertion, form boards, and general manufacturing skills. Soldering experience would be preferred as well. Applicants must be able to read and follow detailed manufacturing instructions and possess detailed measuring skills. The individual must be organized, attentive to details, and have the ability to complete tasks quickly and correctly.

If you have experience through hobbies (ex; needlework, jewelry making, small engine repair, arts and crafts, assembling model cars, etc.) or prior jobs with intricate handwork, you may want to check out this Production Assembler position.

Schedule: Monday through Thursday 7:00 a.m.-4:30p.m., Friday 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

The benefits package includes vacation, paid holidays, medical, vision, and dental insurance, 401-K retirement, and a controlled work environment.

Starting Pay: $12.00 and will increase after completion of the probationary period.
